Alpine MRD-M1000

So i am currently in the works of getting an Alpine MRD-M1000 V12 1000-watt amp...

i am just wondering if anyone has had any negative or positive feedback on this amp...

I heard it's one of the best amps made, and i got a smoking deal on it...

If it hasn't, then probably no one has had experience with this product, and you should write your own review on it in that thread when you get and install it!

I've installed one and tuned it...

It power two 12" Alpine Type-Rs without distorting them or cutting... it is truly a great amp. Other than that, I haven't heard much of them.

No experience with this particular amp but i have always been a fan of alpine amps and have had more than a few. They do what they are supposed to do, usually seem more powerful than many competitors amps comparing RMS.

i have one powering an alpine type x, 12'

it hits pretty good with minimal distortion, but thats cause the sub can take more than 1000 rms

amp is great bang for the buck, i think its rated under 1000 rms though, pdx 1.1000 is top of the line i hear.
