u seriously wanna go that low with oem like feel on ur suspension???

r u serious???

look at my height before

picture.php

that itself require me to stiffen up my coilover a lot, just so i can rub a little bit...

and the 5thgen accord u posted is much lowered and has lower offset that my tl-s rims... so u def need to get it more stiff and play with the camber kit or u can say bye bye to ur tires and fender...

just do more research beforehand... cuz tires get expensive after awhile...

it'll look sick when u pull it off, can't wait to see pix!!!

btw, u might wanna pm these two dude about it, since they both have some crazy stance... sexy crazy!! heheheh

here is LINK

That accord you linked to looks great, but did anyone else notice that it's dropped on Dropzone coilovers?! Why would anyone spend all that money on everything else and then go with DZ coils?!

For the OP, I'm after the same thing with you as far as lowered with as close to OEMish ride quality as possible. Someone recommended Tein Basics to me and after reading more online (google), it seems these are known to be fairly comfy for coilovers. If you're ok with not going too low, then koni yellows with good springs may be the answer for you. Remember that if you are slammed and you want to DD your car, you're going to scrape, get stuck, have to find other routes, etc.
The other option...the MUCH more expensive option is to go with a good airbag suspension setup. These can get very low (laying frame) and offer a comfortable ride as long as you're not too low and don't get a cheap system. I had a friend who had an accord on bags and it was suprisingly smooth riding and even handled fairly well (better than stock), not to mention that if he got stuck or started to scrape, he would flip a switch and would be fine.

Like everyone stated, you gotta sacrifice ride quality for dope fitment/stance. Go with coilovers because you gotta adjust ride height for better fitment. Theres more to STANCE then just dropping your car with rims. Everything tides into each other

If you think you can get stance with just springs, than you have not done enough research, there is so much info out there about this topic. Be sure to get full coilovers and be ready to buy tires more often than normal, and look into this some more.

Thanks for all the input guys. Never had to mess with prior car because it was already done when i bought it, and I just ended up puttin 18's.

The only reason why I was considering Springs was because those Neuspeed's for the sedan were quoted a 2.25 drop, which when paired wit 18 inch wheels and Spacers might be just right. Ofcourse this is all just by the figures I have on paper and I'm only guessing how they'll end up looking.

Coilovers I was leaning towards simply because I can raise it (winter time ) and also find the right height to where I don't mind the bounces toooo damn annoying.

ASIANINVASION is daaaaaaaaaaaaaamn onpoint to where i wanna get it. Either that.. or someone knows how to take good pics!! :)

Sooo far I'm thinking 2.5 all around with 18"s might get me right.

I'll keep u guyz updated. Next question will come regarding wheel color. It's a dark dark dark blue (not belize blue) right now.. almost looks black at nite when waxed. I'm thinking gold.. cuz black rims with a chrome lip is starting to get played out and silver is tooo obvious.

newayz... thanks for all the advise and pointing out the future concerns. Much appreciated!

If you want slammed, stanced & a comfortable ride.. then you are looking at the completely wrong suspension setup. Your only hope is air-ride. Even then you won't be slammed & stanced unless you're parked.
