I just buy whatever the full synthetic stuff is on sale at the auto parts store.
It really does not matter. What matters is that you change it at regular 3k intervals.

There is a study out there where they put different kind of oils in Manhattan cabs, and ran those with regular oil change intervals. They later tore apart and inspected the engines.
The result was basically that there was no difference at all between oil brands. Even the store brands performed equally well.

I'm too lazy to search for the study though.
