Well, talked to my mother. Looks like I'm a proud owner of a 2000 Giant Rincon... again :lawl:

Up first, powdercoating the frame.

Strip it down and bead blast the frame and then hit it with some powdercoat, build it up and give it a nice tune. You'll have yourself a fun bike to ride.

It should be ready to go when I pick it up tonight... if I get into riding around more and more then I'll consider putting money into it, but right now powdercoating is about the only thing I'll do.

I am gonna put new tires and tubes on since they're over 10 years old now.

The rear tire barely has any tread left from sliding as a kid...

Any rules for tire sizing? Can I go as wide as I want as long as the tire clear the brakes and everything?
