I would stay away from the Gary Fisher since it is a mountain bike turned into a borderline street bike. That will never ride and perform as good as an actual road bike. Most of the new road bikes, even some higher end steel frames are going to be light.
The 2300 would not be a bad bike. It loos like it is atleast 8 or so years old though and I just can't see a 47cm being a good fit for you but maybe it would be. It probably has great parts, but since it is so old it really depends on what kind of shape it is in, and $400 for a bike that old still seems somewhat pricey. That bike was probably around $1600 or so new though
**Edit I wouldn't get that 2300 either...It has the old style downtube shifters, so it must be a pretty old bike. The shifters will work but they don't compare to any new stuff
