any diy on fitting sedan ww sideskirts on a coupe??

I just bought a pair of sedan ww sideskirts, and looking to see if somebody has a DIY on fitting it on a coupe.

I believe all you really have to do is trim the tabs on the backend of each side....I've never seen a diy on this btw

you have to cut and shorten them 3" or so..i molded mine overtop of my OEM..i used Xenon sedan sides tho.

process

Measure and cut off whats needed.then i used universal exhaust hanger straps you can buy at any autopart store comes in a roll..its flexible..then drilled screws thew it cutting off the other part flush.
then layed fiberglass over it

then used kittyhair to fill in the big gaps i caused by cutting badly.ha

then bondo/putty until done;

Does this also apply to the WW front lip for the sedan? The coupe front body kit cover is hideous.

yes i modded the sedan to fit my coupe bumper.takes alot of time and precise cutting if not you will end up needed bondo.

So I started trying to make the sides fit on my coupe but i gave up and failed. And I think I f***ed them up too

no..that needs to be trimmed down also..then shortened..forgot to mention that.

Ohh what a relief, I thought it was $206 thrown at the garbage can.. ill let a shop do it better..

yea you gotta trim that area..and also fill in that dip on the back end or itl be a hole since it dosnt touch the body of the car.
