Thanks for most of the good advice guys, ok a couple things

1 my buddies have a company in S carolina that does good cryo for cheap and it cant hurt
2 im cryoing my crank because obviously it will make it stronger i know its good up to 500 hp but it also cant hurt plus since my has 100k plus mileage im getting a new one just to be as strong as as possile
3 id like to have my cam machined for a longer stroke dont see the problem with that
4 and i never once said i was trying to find out how build an engine i know what im going to do and have good friends to help make it happen
5 no pushrods???? explain
6 i know rockers are a good upgrade, do they make aftermarket for this car?
7 i would go j32 but i wasnt trying to do an entire swap im not a big fan if i blow this motor id probably consider it but not yet and the heads made a decent different so im just leaving it at that
8 Lik i said i have an idea on engines enough to help whoever is working on it and it was built the same way im gonna build it this time with freinds who really know what their doing
9 thanks for the support i will post pics starting tomorrow night on a new thread and continue through the project, p.s. where should i post the thread under engine mods or somewhere else????

Hondas just straight up do not have pushrods. It's more of an American car thing. Just different head engineering. Like I said, do your research, know your stuff, and you won't be flamed. But, you're already spending all this money upgrading the internals of your engine... So why wouldn't you want to start with a much better base (J32/J35) for your build that will give you much more power?

You're gonna send a crank all the way to S.Carolina for cryo treating and you're gonna get a new one? Your stock one would've been fine w/ just some micropolishing.

lawl - You dont machine a cam for longer stroke.

I'm not even gonna bother with the pushrods and rockers comment.

Your basics of engine knowledge are so f'd up its ridiculous.
