any tips on rapping vinyl for your interior??

any1 got any tips or diy on how to remove old vinyl and rap new vinyl on your doors instead of using the dye??

Depends on what kind of vinyl, glue and what you are wrapping. 3 way stretch will do just about anything you want, but make sure you use good glue made for stretch vinyl, and heat!!! Don't use any of the 3M stuff. It's good for carpet and headliners, but no good for vinyl.

I would hit up car upholstery shops in town and see what they use.

Vinyl is finicky and hard to deal with, but looks great if you do it right!!!

yea imma ask 1 of them tomorrow because the guy from the upholstery shop kinda ripped the vinyl on my door so imma talk to them about that too

i dunno if imma do it anymore after awhile of having tha rip is not the big or noticable.. only noticable mostley to me since its my kar.. but i was plan on doing the vinyls on the doors

Hey lets keep this thread going!! cuz im still intrested in knowing how 2 do it and the doors iz exactly what i want to do also, i Eff'd up the left rear door panel'z while bring my plasma home from best buy. At the moment i cared more abt the plasma so i totally forgot about it but while detailing my interior, i noticed it lately and i also want to change the color of the vinyl on the doors. So if anybody knows any good place to buy 3 way strechable vinyl, Hook it up bro, share the knowledge and sources!!!

agreed and how bout the headliner i got mine out took of the old **** and am redoin it with **** that doesnt streatch how do i get in all the corner and edges

i saw vinyl onsale on ebay but dont know if they stretch at all but hey u guys do find where to get it mayb i might end up doing it too again
