I know this has been covered and while I've found very useful information I still have some questions. I have a 2000 Honda Accord, I've started piecing the parts needed for the swap and so far all of the parts that I have come from a 5th gen Accord.

What I have so far
F22 tranny
F22 Half Shaft
F22 Driver Side Axle
F22 5 speed starter
F22 clutch and brake pedals
ECU
Stage 1 Competition Clutch
Flywheel

What I still need
Clutch and master cylinder
Master cylinder reservoir
clutch lines
Shift linkage/assembly

What I want to know is,
Can I use the 5th gen accord driver side axle and half shaft?

I am aware that if I get the 6th gen slave and master cylinder I have to get the 6th gen hydraulic clutch line (which is utterly expensive btw). Can I just use the the slave and master cylinder from the 5th gen Accord? And use this for a clutch line? http://www.ebay.com/itm/Stainless-S...nda-Accord-Complete-Replacement-/141168977173

Also, can I use the 5th gen shift linkage or do I have to use the 6th gen one?

Thank you in advance!

Yes you can use that line, if it's long enough. That's all I know.

^ just a personal preference I know, but I like seeing the exact mileage the chassis has, I'd keep the automatic cluster. Or at least find a manual one with very similar miles. But I will admit the manual one will give the car a cleaner look. Again, personal preference

can't you swap the odo? I used to do that.

Just cover the PRNDL though.

Probably. Hadn't thought of that. I'd probably be too lazy in the end anyways, as long as everything works haha. But maybe the op will want a clean factory look.
i recommend a Prelude shifter assembly from a BB6. I love mine. Same long throws but shorter in length.
And everybody knows, everything is better when the length is shorter :p
