Auto to manual swap

So I have a 2000 se sedan and I’m starting to love the car (as I have most Hondas I’ve owned) and I am now working my way to do a manual swap as I may be buying a 1999 accord that’s manual for dirt cheap.. was wondering if I bought that car and stripped all I need to swap it will everything bolt right up its a 99ex sedan and mine is a 2000 se sedan? Is it worth me getting.? For the price I can hardly say no but want to make sure that that’s literaly all I need to swap my car is that one car?
