US wheel in El cajon said less than $500 bucks to fix and refinish all 4 wheels

its a SSR Hasemi Mesh aka "Dori Dori" i dunno if Speed Star Racing is a cheap wheel these wheels are 3 Piece! and 4x114.3 so kinda rare...
