i'm in the process of doin an H22 swap to my '99 accord lx sedan....initially i planned on goin with a euro-r manifold...but i was told that it wouldn't be a "direct" bolt on...and then there is the issue of what throttle body to use along with the EGR...after recieving a headache from all the speed bumps of the euro r swap on a H22...i decided that maybe it would be less of a headache to go with a H22 type S IM and TB....only thing is where do i find one...i see plenty of Euro R manifolds on various websites but no H22 type s manifolds....whats up with that?.....what do u guys think?

I believe they are the same, you would prob be better served buying a Skunk2 manifold, less headache.

I would go Skunk 2 also, just don't forget to install the Intake manifold before your swap because the only way to fit the Skunk 2 is if you install it while the motor is out of your accord room clearance problems.

:werd:Drift over at E-H attempted to swap on a skunk 2 manifold and gave up. the clearance is there, but you better have it on before you swap in. good luck with the swap!

thankx for the input guys...after a long debate..i think i'm gonna just port and polish the H22 IM and have it port matched the cyl. heads and use a type s TB 62mm (i would like to have it at 68mm)...do you think it is safe to bore a stock type s TB @ 62mm to 68mm...

If your not gonna be flowing any extra air (IE high compression or turbo, etc) then I'd stick w/ the stocker. 68mm is huuuuge.

skunk manifold is garbage, all you need is the blacktrax intake manifold stackers, and use the honda date intake manifold gasket..
