seriously, I've been looking at the F series engines, and the only 400 HP F series engine I've found was Bisi's NA F22 thats running a huge compression, really expensive head work, and race gas. I really wanna know who has an F series with 400+. I understand that there isnt a lot of ppl working on these engines, but when I hear "it's good up to 400+" I wonder how do they know? (I understand the concept of forged goodys, last sent. was a rhetorical question). can someone send me a private message to where to find one of these cars.

I think Stinker504 put down close to 400whp. Hotaccord just got his car back and should be putting down some nice numbers. Notorious on E-H is probably close once he ever gets on a dyno.

LOL, boy this can get out of hand. If you want to swap your accords motor, its BEST to go with a complete engine, ie: H22, F20B, or H23. You "will" run into wiring problems with your H22, as everyone has, so be prepared to look at diagrams. The same is true with the f20b. But those two motors are very rewarding once you get them to run right. As for the H23, I wouldn't bother, for you will end up spending the same amount as an H22. G23 should only be tried by people with patience and those not expecting wild gains. If you are auto, don't wast time with a g23, buy a H22 or f20b and do the manual swap because realistically thats the best option. I'm not talking what I've heard or seen, but what I know.....

When you look at price, work, parts availability, power, etc, to me, an H22 swap seems obvious. That is probably the only swap i would concider if i could do it legally. I can only do a k-series swap and get my car bared in Cali which i would not do (atleast until it's been documented well and parts are made so it is more or less "drop in").

In terms of cost effectiveness and most power for your buck, your best bet is to go with an H22a or a mildly builty F23a1 or a4 for boosted purposes. Other than that everything is not worth the hassle, unless you're made of money.
