Blacked Out My Headlights (PICS)

i used krylon high heat semi gloss (rated at 500 degrees, i think). its not dull but not shiny, and i did primer first to be sure it would be flat and stick

if the headlights have condensation inside, could the wetness burn out the bulbs?

Yes moisture can burn out the bulbs.
