Bushing upgrades

Hey guys,
Im looking into doing a complete suspension bushing upgrade, control arm bushings front n rear front shock strut fork bushing.
I want to get a set that is more solid( i think Polyurethane is 1 of the better types) so if anyone has done this upgrade id like to know the type n brand you used and also where you purchased them from?
Also are the upgrade bushing actually noticably better/tighter than the stock bushing?

Energy Suspension

Did a 91 civic, not an accord, takes lots of work. Oem have sleeves, require a press and/or saws. Work is smoother, like it should be. All work on spring & dampener. Oh, also did trailing arm which was not in kit, extra part.
