^^^ Mostly true, except those millions of dollars developed an intake system that sounds pathetic on the V6. I'll take my SRI's sound, thank you very much. Performance gains or no performance gains. And I'm confident that my AEM filter is doing well enough to not raise any concerns of engine contaminants and/or dust particles causing internal damage.



OEM > non OEM in a ton of cases. But if COMPLETELY OEM > * ...... then I doubt any of us would be here on this forum.

if you are doing that....you should have just took out the lower resonator box....would look a lot cleaner.

yea I just did the most I could with a $30 ebay intake but I am planning on painting it all black and adding a bypass valve...
This is pretty much temperary untill I get a good paying job so I can afford a $100-200
one.....I just had $20 extra bucks and I was bored

Anyway, it should look better once painted black, the plastic won't stand out as much hopefully.

haha,i was just trying to get the point across that if you wanted,you could spend time trying to rationalize not doing anything on our cars.....props to him for trying to do something,even if it isn't the prettiest.....however a one piece would have looked a lot better,imo...
