Can someone explain this to me? Maybe a link to what this actually is? Seems to me like a long drive to a meet up spot and hang out for a few days...but that's all I can come up with.

Basically that's what it is. I'm not such a party kind of guy so I am looking forward to exploring a bit a night like catching a race or sporting event.

Hmm I don't remember. Take a glance at the links I posted, and you might be able to find an idea of cost. Biggest expense is lodging, food, and fuel obviously.

well if its in like upstate PA itll cost me like 10 to get there for gas, but the only reason Canada side would be better is because sagar has the sick deal for lodging...right?

Depending on location in PA, I may only have to travel less than 2 hours
