car doesnt start

all my lights turn on and when i turn the key to on no sound from the fuel pump also when i let off from cranking the lights tend to flicker for sum reason

the flickering lights could just be you draining the battery so many times but if you dont hear the pump priming check all the wiring to it ect. and the pump itself that sock is not clogged up ect.

check everything associated with the fuel pump getting power before you go buying random ****

i would test it with a voltmeter first to make sure thats the exact problem

im a noob where is the fuel pump located and what exact things should i do to test it

its going to be at the edge of your back seats in the trunk its a plate with scres holding it in and a wiring harness going into it and basically your checking for power when you have the key on you should see 12 volts going to the pump

ok i tested the pump its reading 12v but the pump isnt doin s***.... i got my mechanic doing me a timing belt kit with the water pump and all because its about time it got 135,000 miles and a walbro 255 fuel pump all installed for 470 is that a good pr?
