CG1 USDM components on UK type R CH1?

Does anybody know what aftermarket adjustable control arms will fit my CH1 Uk Type R? i want to overhaul my 14yr old suspension - wishbones, TCA's, rod ends etc and don't know if these are interchangeable between USDM CG1 and EDM CH1... HEEEEEEEEELLLLLLLPPPPPP!

The cars are pretty different nearly everywhere else, my guess very little is swappable suspension-wise. But don't take my word for it.

Suspension "should" all be the same. Take some pics of yours and I'll tell you. I can't imagine Honda making the suspension different for different countries. Should still be double wishbone front and multilink rear.
