Changed oil

First time I changed the oil since I got the car at 56xxxk now 61xxxk..

All synthetic, Mobile 1, also Lucas...And put in STP fuel injector cleaner.

Don't know about the STP, but I can tell a difference in the oil.. The old **** was brown and stunk...I felt bad for my engine.

But it really seems like the new synthetic oil really freed up the engine..

Maybe it's just me, but it was also my fist oil change..seems healthier, plan on redoing it in about 3k..

im sure u can go up to 5k for syntetic. so save some money

i go 4k on my mobil 1... oil looked disgusting

Yeah, I use 3,000 mile OCI's on synthetic blend High Mileage, and every time it comes out it's pretty black.

oil color has nothing to do with oil life for the most part.

I go 5k changes with my Mobil1, still under Honda's recommended OCI.

If you need proof, go get an oil analysis done.

I usually change my oil every 3k but I use dino. You have some pretty low mileage on your car. I'm assuming you don't drive it often? .

i dunno if it's me, but after 4k for mobil 1 or 3k for regular oil, i start smelling the oil more.. kinda like the oil is burning or something
