I've gotten a few PM's asking about this from a few different people so I'm just going to post here about it. Making a few rules about this too so that it doesn't get out of hand.
People who have been here and been registered for at least 1 year can request a name change. Yes, you will retain the same post count, rep power, password, etc.
You can only get your name changed once. Period.
