civic fogs don't work

I had my civic fogs for a while and now they decide to not turn on. The its getting power and the bulbs are good still. But the relay has some blue stuff coming out of it. Did any one else have this problem because my car looks plain without them at night

U need about 12v for it to turn on ur bulbs. Ur switch may light up but u could be at 9v or so because ur relay might have got water and rusted. Thus, connectivity will be low and ur bulbs wont turn on. I had the same issue, i went and used a denso relay with a metal cap.

I have an extra if thats the issue

Also u may be able to temporarly get the lights to work by hitting the relay or actually taking the cap off and sanding down the brass contact points

its the relay because i took it a part and it was like burnt or something but i put a a rubber band to keep it on lol just for the night. but i dont know where to get another one at
