is taking out the yellow parking light reflectors on the bottom similar to the process of blackout your headlights where you have to bake them and take it apart? I wanted my headlights to look clear like this

It's just a strip reflector that you can remove when you open up the lenses.
OR, you can just buy a pair of clear reflectors.
Up to you, really. I took mine off and the bulb as well. Looks better that way, IMO.

If you want to do anything with the headlight internals, yes you need to take them apart. Or as said above, you can just buy a set of headlights that have the look you want.
If you buy a set from Ebay, be sure to contact the seller first and verify that what is in their picture is actually what you’ll receive.

Also save every email you get through your email account and ebay, including paypal receipts, pertaining to whatever you purchase, until you receive whatever you bought and have made sure there is nothing wrong with it. Can't win an argument if you deleted your proof.
