BTW I made a big booboo when the same thing happened to me. Unlike some of the HVAC controls, the clock light will only light up when the engine is on and you turn the lights on. I thought it would light up when the car is off and I turn the headlights on, but it doesn't. Took me some time to realize that doh!

A big booboo is not adding oil back into the engine after you drain the old oil...Not realizing how the lights function is just noobish :lawl:

True, but what should have taken 5 minutes ended up 2 hours. For like half an hour I was like WTF isn't the new bulb working? Every time I removed and reseated the bulb, I was disconnecting the battery too with a small ratchet. When I realized what was going on I was like hey hey hey! But when I started the car the ratchet I was using which was sitting on top of the engine fell down and it took me another 30 minutes to find it. I know it sounds weird but that ratchet was well hidden LOL. Long story short I had to remove the battery tray to find it and in that process dropped and lost a bolt. I could not believe my luck or noobishness. But hey I can remove and replace the clock light now in under 1 minute LOL
