IMG_20230116_131604 by suenoz posted Jan 16, 2023 at 1:16 PM I kept getting misfires no matter what coils i used so i decided to take a look on the wiring and the loom wrapped around 4 and 5 was brittle and came apart than saw the electric tape wrapped around the wires and i just want to know if this is normal or someone has been here before?
Not sure if the electric tape wrapped around the wires is factory. My guess is "Yes". If you know how to wrap wires with electric tape, then remove that old tape and see if the wires in that area have been "sliced/cut/etc.
