Color modding projectors

I did mine black...i almost did red but all you do is take apart the morimotos and paint the shield behind the lens..took me 5 mins and they look like a black hole

If i ever get around to doing a retrofit this is what i would do.

I'd probably be doing red for a demon eye look. I thought about blue but I dunno. Black too many people have done it and I don't think it would show up very well on our lamps. I also thought about taping out a design on it as well. Like a bio-hazard or something.

...just make sure you use some heat resistant paint

Yeah I've got lavender engine enamel. Her and I have the same Modding taste. I'll have to find the DIY so I can start buying the parts. Lol trial and error
