complete exhaust system = new tune?

Hey, some of you may remember I posted this a few months ago, but I just want to make sure. I installed a Megan header, downpipe, Magnaflow hi-flo cat, and a Megan cat back. I feel like I gained a decent amount of hp and torque, but not as much as I should have. I have a shorty intake, too. Is a tune really not required after a complete exhaust setup? I wouldn't mind paying for it if it'll make a noticeable difference.

I just want to make sure I'm getting the most out of the mods I installed. I'm sure you guys can relate. Thanks in advance.

You didn't gain much because our cars don't gain much from bolt ons.

here's an unexpected question from me

that magnaflow cat you have, is that one of those ones that's labeled carsound? I believe that's the name.

and you have to get it welded to your other piping I believe, since it doesn't have flanges?
