same problem three... not enough fluid and it can slosh around and what not. My light stayed on when i accelerated, then turned off when cruising.

My e-brake light would light up while the e-brake handle was not engaged. It would only do it in the early morning's when it was cold on the first start of the day. After driving it a bit and getting the brake fluid warmed up it would go away. I changed the brake fluid reservoir cap and it went away, hopefully it wont come back this upcoming winter.
