While I was driving today i saw my doors open and trunk open light go on all of them and also battery light and brake light went on. only while I drive it happen it would turn on for like 3 seconds then shut off what can it be ? Accord 99

Mine did it sporadically. Then finally my battery light would come on whenever I was under 2k RPMs.

My first thought was a super advanced cop radar scan. For new electronic cars they could detect your actual speed, seatbelt light, etc. lol The first time I ever saw it happen was as I passed a prominent cop hiding place.

It could be the alternator. Same thing happened to my sister's Nissan Sentra. Get it checked at AutoZone or some establishment similar to it.

start it and then unhook the battery, just the negative will be cool. Take it for a drive, if/when it stalls, replace the alternator. You can run all you normally do. A/C, radio, HVAC fan, whatever

+1 on the alternator.

Check the charging voltage off the alternator on the battery at idle. Should be 13.7 - 14.3V.

Then, disconnect the positive side of the battery with the car running. Stalls? Replace the alternator.
