dent removal isnt too hard but it really depends on the location of the dent, the size, and the shape of the surface its on. like if you have one the size of a quarter or smaller from a rock or something, its not easy to get those ones, but you can use a hammer and a cloth of some sort to dampen the hammer, go behind it and start without much force, you have to be careful not to make it worse. and with bigger dents, lets say from a baseball or coconut(just an example of size) as long as theyre on a fairly flat surface, you can go behind them a pop them out with your hand or hammer and cloth, just be careful because the paint will sometimes want to crack. i havent used any of the magnet dent poppers but they look like theyd work for some dents. and dont attempt any on the major body lines of the car, it wont come out clean(like on the creases on top of your 7th gen fenders) unless your really good at it. i had a bunch of marble sized dings and they didnt want to come out clean, some popped out, some didnt. but i filled the rest because the cars getting painted.
rep if this helps :D

Pdr is the best way to get most dents out
there are acess points were u can put a pdr rod in and slowly work them out but for those hard to reqch areas a stud gun with a skim coat of body filler is the only way
i am a bodyman/painter and unless u do this on a regular basis keave it to pros cause ur probly gunna jack it up
