diagnosing a crank no spark?

Hey guys i hate being such a noob sometimes but can sum one tell me wat r proper steps to diagnose a crank no spark ? I went out and bout me a multimeter im trying to wrap up my f20 swap in my 02 accord coupe ex 5 speed

maybe ecu is bad maybe a ground

I Just recently purchased p28 with f20 base map and obd1 jumper harness and ive tried it in my friends car ran like a champ so i ruled that out thanx that was my first problem wit immobolizer from stock ecu

hiding phone so boss wont catch me on 6th gen

Did you try the harness too or only the ecu?

check signal from crank sensor with a scanner if you can
bad distributor?

Just ecu n i dont have access to a scanner any other back woods way to check it?
