DIY 01-03 JDM Civic Fog Lights

im like, a second from ordering these fogs, but those guys are sellin em, haha. pretty decent price too. so you ordered the civic fogs, but they sent you ones for an accord? just by coincidence?

Oh yeah a good tip..drill holes in the bottom of your bumper that are in line with the adjustment screws. That way you just kneel down take a phillips screw driver and adjust. Saves a ton of time since it's near impossible to adjust them without removing them or the bumper.

Mines dumped, I just used the Dremel and reamed two holes out.

Im just curious to know...will these just be a simple installation? Ebay says 01-02 Accord sedan. Does anyone know if thats the factory switch as well?

Or do you think the clear ones would look better? I see many of you complain about motorenergy's customer service on ebay. Has anyone dealt with gtxdesign? Seems like a better person to deal with. Thats who's selling these ones here.

Motorenergy.. just order 01-03 civic fogs from them and you'll get what you need.. 01-02 accord fogs lmfao!

I bet if you ordered 01-02 accord fogs from them, they would send you 01-03 civic fogs.. those crack-smoking whores!

If you deal with them then you take your chances..

To be honest bro.. I think the clear ones would look best on your whip. You got the whole blue/clear/red theme goin.. and it looks really cool. Now just take your headlights apart, remove the orange strips and blackhouse em after!

Not sure about the switch.. but its not OEM. Any ideas people?

honestly, you prolly would.

the parts numbers are soo close, i can see how theyre getting it confused. but whatever. i have to call them tomorrow to talk about how they sent me the wrong ****.

The switch is NOT OEM..not even close to OEM by any means. They're wiring although I did not use (used OEM) looked good. The install isn't easy unless you're handy with a dremel and of course with the 01-02 fogs the ONLY way to mount them is use the OEM mounting brackets, so pray they come with them.
