DIY: Civic to OEM Switch

quick question...my civic harness is a bit different. My colour order is black yellow red yellow. Is it still the same? this DIY seems abit more easier to follow than the other one.

yea its the same the two red wire are the same thing
in my setup i wired them to the cruise control switch so i spliced the two red ones together


so did u ever try wiring them to the cruise control switch

hey so my colors are a bit off from what you have and i cant get it to work right. the civic colors go black, red, blue, red. so i assumed that the blue was just like the yellow.


my switch lights on and off but my lights dont come on=/ any suggestions on what i can be doing wrong? would NOT sanding down the ground points make it a problem?

Are you running a relay? If so listen to hear if its clicking. if not then, you're probably not getting power to your fogs.

Great write up i have the same harness ive had my fogs installed and not running for a while...i will give this one a try tomorrow!
