I have coilovers and im getting tokico shocks really soon. im wondering if i put 17's on and lower the car nicely on them. not flush or slammed just lower it enough to look good so close to flush. i know when you lower a car the camber goes negative and toe goes out. do i need a camber kit to correct my camber or do i just need the toe corrected and be ok with e coilover setup and wheels? please help me out on this one cuzz i want a have a nice suspension set up.

Search. Go get an alignment and have them zero out your toes.

If they tell you that you need camberkits, laugh at them and walk away and find another shop.

You have coilovers and you're getting tokico shocks??? huh???
...you mean you have springs and you're getting tokico shocks to pair them with???

Assuming the latter is correct...what springs are you lowering the car on? What is their advertised drop height?

What you should do is after installing the suspension setup, allow it to settle for ~1week and then go and get an alignment. The shop will be able to set your front toe to 0 and your rear toe -1 -2mm. If they claim they cannot do this then just go to another alignment shop.

After your alignment you will get a printout with your previous/current specs. In that sheet you will see your current camber. Chances are the front will be ok unless the car is slammed. The rear will be a tad negative...depending on how negative you can decide if you want/need a camber kit or not. No-one over the great knowledgeable inter-webs can tell you how it will be for YOUR car.

Search. Go get an alignment and have them zero out your toes.

Great advice:boo:
