Do you flash your brights to warn drivers of a cop???

nope..i actually flash my lights at cops to warn them about speeders...how about that??

Never even heard of such a thing. The only time i flash my highbeams is when someone is approaching me with their high beams on. Ill turn my lights on and off real quick if they don't have lights on at all too.

and if someone flashes their high beams at me i just figure they are a douche or they are mistaken and think my high beams are on, so i flash them back... like im saying hi or something...

I think there should be a hand sign though to warn people of cops. I would use that. Like make little circles with your hand with your index finger up (makeshift police lights) or something.

Bike guys already do this.. You pat the top of your helmet. As for being in a car, I think it would be more practical just to flip your lights on and off



I always do it for others.. I drive about 250-300 miles a day at my job, so I appreciate it very much!

Black housed headlights are illegal in CA??

They are illegal in cali but it depends on the cop that you get. If you get a dick head bored cop (especially bike cops) and they are on a power trip = ticket. Other cops just don't care. I hate bike cops can never ditch them, they are always bored and they gave me a ticket for my tint!

I can see the tint, but I think you're mistaken on the headlights thing. A lot of cars come with them (Mustang's, Camry's, RSX).

I don't, i just don't care really. Every time someone does it to me, i'm always like WTF is there problem, then see a cop lol.

Drivers are so ****ty around here though, give them all tickets, i don't care. For 3 semesters straight, i had class at 8am. I live by a elementary school and at my stop sign, i'd have to wait for every car to stop because all the moms loved to run them. Since they are all on the cellphone, they never even look. I almost got hit more than a few times. I actually called the cops to ask them to come out lol. I'm not helping anyone get out of a ticket.

I flash my hazard lights sometimes for other motorists. Unless they are reckless or on the cell phone, go get'em black and blue. More people need to get Bluetooth for their cell phones, holding a cell phone blocks your peripheral vision of passing cars.

Yeah I do, especially when the cops are trying to be sneaky. That's bull****, I don't like cops that just pick people off for speeding, so I warn as many people as I can.

Also when I know I'm coming from a place where alot of kids in my grade will be coming too, I usually give my good friends a call if I pass a cop before they have left or something. Here, if you're 16 and get a speeding ticket, license is gone no questions asked.
