drilling holes to make 4x114.3 lug pattern?

Whats specs on those? offset/width. Looks fine to me but I kinda like a lil tire showing out of the fender.

it's 18x7.5 with +42 wrapped with 225/40/18. i know sketch's accord was like this except his was 17s.
