e-brake indicator light activating when on full throttle. Wtf?

Just last night I installed a generic intake on my V6 sedan. Took it for a drive and whenever I stepped on it, the e-brake light on the cluster comes up. I have no idea why. :/ Maybe the car just needed to get used to the intake and it was a common computer error, I thought, but I've driven it 4 times already and it still doing it.

Anyone have any ideas?
