How do you reflash the ecu and is it necessary?? While I was reading a post it said you should do this after installing an intake. If there is a diy article somewhere or if this was already addressed just direct me to the link.

BTW, I am new to this site and fairly new to Hondas.

unplug the battery for 15 minutes. the ecu "resets" and learns the intake

Learn to search better please. since I'm nice i'll tell you how. Unplug both battery cables, touch them together for 10-30 seconds, plug them back on. If you don't have any other underlying problems.. your CEL should remain off.

after hooking up your battery, after leaving it unhooked for a little, let the car run at idle for 5-10 minutes, then take it out for a drive.
