This is normal
Remember, when ever you flash your high beams or turn your high beams on, your low beams automatically come on also.
It is made this way from the factory.
Although you now have HID's in your low beams, if you flash your high beams, the low beams will engage as well regardless if you have HIDs or regular halogen beams
There's no way around this

Yes, if you could find the thread on hidplanet, that would be great. Where I drive, flashing the high beams is a safety practice to help others see you (usually soccer-moms, driving SUVs, talking on cell phones, while eating a burger).

Thanks!

This is why here in BC it is against the law to drive and talk on cell phones $200 fine 4 points on license and if ICBC deside to not alow you to renew car insurance your screwed since all insurance here is government controlled by ICBC (insurance company of British Columbia ie government LOL)

alright i was unsuccessful. i was looking through the forums during my break at school but didn't find it. prolly was using the wrong terms lol but i would assume it would be somewhere in the hardness thread. haven't had time to read it all though. what i did find was there's this module that keeps the hid on for a minute before shutting off.

supposedly gangs like to drive around at night without their lights on and the first person that flashes them they go after them and gun them down :eh:

Oh yah? I'd be happy to unload my .357 before they killed me or tried to.
