Never really had my car broken into .....but one time i parked out in the street.....wen i was in high school they took my back pack....freakin history book cost me $65...in high school $65 is a lot of money....besides that ive never had an incident. Knock on wood.

Got my 2000 Si Stolen after a week of having it..... Found it in an industrial zone up in pasco county on top of 4 blocks and they had taken most of the inside, the head, the wheels and i think the rear lip was taken......

Other than that minor insident, somebody took the headunit I had on my old 90 accord one night....I had left the doors unlocked...the thing was worth like 20 bucks.

had my 89 civic si stolen and stripped in boston and it looked like crap. had the car for about a month....

with the stuff that doesn't belong in my car


and the stuff that doesn't belong in my car removed.. they stole my instrument cluster, clock, front and rear seats, rear cargo cover about 200 cds and a good amount of other things... what pissed me off the most was I had to PAY FOR THE TOWING AND STORAGE! and not the person who was caught with possession of my car what kind of **** is that?



and about a year and a month ago rims were stolen in manayunk, pa in the middle of a dense neighbor hood. And when i called the cops they didn't even come out to my car which still had a jack from a ford taurus keeping some of my car up took it over the phone...wtf does no one really care?


glad I got a different car for pretty much only these reasons sadly...

Anyone have any experience with heavily (2 or more layers) tinted windows being smashed? I'm curious how well they held up. I hope they would atleast be a PITA to get through.

This is a reason why I keep my trunk locked
Also, the keyles stock entry is only good if the hood is popped, the door opened, or the trunk opened.
It doesn't wotk if you smash the window.
That's why I got a shoch sensor added to my stock alarm

luckily i have had nothing stolen straight out of my car but i did let my friend borrow my radar detector for a trip and he parked his truck in a trailor park and everything got stolen out of it.
all they left audio wise was a p.a speaker he had hooked up which ironically was the loudest speaker in his truck...haha

Let's just say the person who broke in to my accord months ago and stole my parts along with my boys accord got busted by us weeks later, we got our parts back. The detective towed his car and had us strip our parts off. We went to court 2 weeks ago and have to go back in a few weeks the ****er is going down he does not know who he was playing with and now he's up for 30 years in jail he has 16 counts and has broken in to many cars in the MD area which is crazy for stolen cars. He told the detective already that he came to steal my car but could not, Kill switch and removable steering wheel FTW. When we busted him I could careless about the parts. It was not a civic and my parts would show up in the area I was sure. I had about 100 people that knew my car looking out for my parts and the car was seen by many people with my parts along with my boys which is how we busted the fool karma is a bitch.
