looks nice, how much did maaco charge u?

Well... I took a chance and painted them myself. For my car's color, I did some google searching and determined which duplicolor paint was the closest. After an hour of research I figured that the two it came down to were arctic silver, and silver metallic. I choose the silver metallic, because the test pieces at the store seemed to dry darker with the arctic. Any way....sanded down with 1000g and sprayed... 3 coats and two of clearcoat. Let sit 24hrs indoors, hit it with the turtle wax rubbing compound and 2 coats of regular wax... End product looks way better. Kudos to those who said match the car....

why not go with the plastikote cans...which actually have the stock paint name cross referenced? the dep paint i used was pretty close to stock...that is...having not used actual honda g87p from a gun and not even tried to blend with the 11 year old stock paint...

no stores stock plastikote? shelf price here is 6.99 per can. if its not on the shelf, a good employee can get it for you.

just sayin...in the internet world, local places have stuff too...sometimes even for cheaper...
