What's concerning is that it isn't blue so I don't think it is oil...

Checked the plugs more recently?

I will take plugs out and take pictures for your viewing.

I drove it , and it seemed to be blueish smoke this time. and it did throw the code after about 2 miles. it ran like garbage and started to die when ever i pushed in on the clutch to stop.

back to the drawing board....

Head need rebuilt?
