Re: Greekpizza's F23a1 Turbo build (7-10-12)

i was gonna make it but I actually ended up using the one I got from nikita. I'm sure he's got an extra if not that dude who bought his old turbo kit was sayin in his build thread that nikita sent him 2 instead of one so you can probably buy it from him. I don't think it matters what it comes off of though mines from a prelude i believe. as for the glowshifts they're actually kind expensive for what you get. the prosports i'll be running in the 240 were about $200 for oil psi and boost and they have every feature (as far as I know) of the defi's that are around $200 per gauge. If they end up being as sweet as the shop I bought them from made them sound then I'll be upgrading my ****ty autometer gauges that are in the accord to these. heres a video about the gauges.

do they have any peak/hold or warning functions? doesn't matter how cool gauges look imo they need a peak/hold and warning feature or at least just a warning feature. you can't look at the gauges constantly so if your doing a wot pull and suddenly have no oil psi you won't know till its too late. on the other hand i've been runing pretty basic autometer's for a year now without issues so you can always upgrade later.

Re: Greekpizza's F23a1 Turbo build (update 7-14-12)

Ok so after a phone call with patrick today i got the front mount....mounted, a little tricky with the ac dryer and the power steering cooler. plus the mounts didnt really work so i bent the two bottoms ones the total opposite direction and then they fit fine. waiting on my iacv solution to put the head back on. then things should go pretty quick.
