Exactly why all these networking sites/blogs and advanced ways to communicate and stay in touch aren't all as great as we think. They have their uses, but they're public.

I can't feel bad for this employee, there's been tons of stories about people getting fired for emails, blogs, etc. Should have known better. Funny though.
