duplicolor vinyl paint works very well on dashes, although the detail shop i work at has some other brand with practically every shade of interior colors, ill have to check the brand

Correct ^^^. They make vinyl paint. I did my whole interior color matched. But it you want to just fix that portion buy a spray can of vinyl paint. I don't no if there is a finish master where you live but they will color match anything.

You could get a Dash Designs dash cover? They come in different material and color options. Carpet, Velour, brushed suede.

For anyone with this color dash that fixed it, is it the desert sand color (HVP108)? Or the medium beige? (HVP113)

SEM makes many colors that are close to the OEM.

+1 SEM has great products Did some of my black panels with them excellent stuff.
PREP PREP PREP if not it doesn't matter if its a $100 Spray can or "made for vinly, Leather" NO PREP MEANS $#it WORK
