thx Tyler I just ordered 4. I guess it's just ea bulbs specific specs due to different voltage.... 3 bucks shipping ftw... I mean come on these are just little suckers that can fit in an envelop... :eh:

Ninja edit again:Can someone refresh my memory what bulb number is our dome light? I want to replace my ****ty festoon bulb that barely fits with a led board that was mentioned here earlier. thank you.

dome light is 3423 festoon bulb...i'd say get an led board if you're going to do it; can look at my pics a couple of posts above for its light output.
also license plate, map light, door light, trunk light are all 168/194; get an led board for the trunk as well, its worth it.

Hey Tyler,

yeah, I was thinking of the vanity mirrors, and if you ever need to use your map lights while driving.

Regardless, you know when the time is right to have interior lights on, I love the brightness.

Levin, the dome/trunk LED boards are plug n play?

Seems like a board in the trunk would have to be custom mounted?

Quite possibly, I was actually thinking of going with the CCFL lights for the trunk the way Ryan did his trunk, since I have sound deadening material all over my trunk lid.

Derek, yes the boards are plug and play...they come with different end-connectors allowing you to use them for different locations(doors, dome, map, trunk).

As for the trunk one, they come with double sided tape you can use, i simply took off the little white tab(by the trunk bulb) plugged in the connector and simply stuck it with double sided tape. It's been like that for a year and i've had no issues with it falling off even when packing the trunk with luggage and it(luggage) rubbing all over the led board and what not.

Thanks for the info, Levin.

I am still leaning more towards 2 12" CCFL tubes because of the trunk setup.
