Even though this add-on will let you hack people's cookies through a public network, I think most of the public networks have some sort of Firewall anyways.

If they are your neighbour, it only takes a day at the office to get all the network information.
I do Wifi Audits every month, and by the time I come home from work my laptop has done all the auditing. (I use it to test out my encryption, but in the process, I get everyone elses also lol).
