Hey all
First off all, to say Firestone (first time did inspection there) wost place I've ever been to for service... First of all ppl are like mean and crazy and so on.
They told me I can't have blue bulbs in my headlights... I am like they are not blue, they are pure white... He's like no they are blue (because he just turned them on and didn't let them to warm up). He proceeds with I have to get white bulbs. I am like well I do have white bulbs turn them on and let them warm up, and he says no they are blue. I am like ok fine, so I should get stock bulbs? He goes, yes, and I tell him well they are yellow. He's like no they are white. So I just didn't feel like arguing anymore lol cuz I don't think that dude knows anything...
Then proceeded to windshield wipers. I just bought brand new wiper 2 weeks ago, and he said they smear... I am like they are brand new, and no they don't smear (it rained 2 days ago) and I drove in rain and they are fine. He's like well you have to change them.
So yeah that's nothing, but when I go to my car I look at my lug nuts, and they are all scratched up... I know when they use impact gun, they never let it stop to spin and proceed unbolting. Haven't really checked my rims(it was getting dark) but they are all dirty from their finger prints lol. Should I do investigation who performed emissions test on my car? lol
Other than that everything else seems ok to me for now.

(v) The lamp shows a color contrary to the lighting chart.
I looked everywhere and can't find a chart they use, and I don't think they use any chart at all, lol only visually...
