Anything will fit on the car if modification/fabrication is done/needed. As to whether those will look good, probably not. He didn't specify the number of doors he has.

the civic fogs seem to fit the best on the 98-00 sedan. they arent that bad on the 98-00 coupe. i like em

I pulled some yellow es300 foglight projectors from a junkyard for $18.00. Then used an $11.00 wiring kit from autozone to wire them.

I then pulled the projectors out and modified some bosch mini projectors from a chrysler lhs and fitted them in the es300 housings for about $20.00. I might get some pics today if you would like.
