In my fogs, no. But Troy(F23accord2000) has 6k's in his.

Did you have them turned off when you turned off your car?

You can leave the fog switch on when u turn ur car off, so when u lock and unlock ur car and the parking lights blink your fogs will blink along with them

I'm asking because I don't want them to, so that I can use HID's in them (blinking isn't good for the ballasts)
